Clinic Director (PT) Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Degree in Physical Therapy required (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate accepted)
• Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy license
• Experience in physical therapy setting including clinic, outpatient, private practice, or rehab center preferred
• Strong background in orthopedics, sports medicine, and workers’ compensation cases
• Proven experience leading therapy teams to drive clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
• Ability to mentor and support therapists while maintaining accountability and fostering professional growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, therapists, and executive leadership
• Experience implementing best practices, quality initiatives, and performance improvement strategies
