Strive Rehab is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee full revenue cycle management, ensuring accurate and efficient medical billing, insurance claims, and collections. In this role, you will support both therapists and patients by maintaining financial processes that keep care accessible and operations running smoothly. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining billing operations, managing outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely payments—all while upholding a patient-centered approach.

Accounts Receivable Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Degree in business administration, business management, or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle revenue management, including medical billing and collections
  • 3 years covering Medicare, private insurance, and workers’ compensation
  • Proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding, with experience supervising medical coding, billing, and record audits
  • Expertise in Insurance Contract Negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and denial codes
  • Experience overseeing revenue cycle management, supervising and auditing billing/collections staff
  • Prepare financial reports, track outstanding self-pay accounts, and establish payment arrangements per company policy
  • Front Desk duties daily as needed including training
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Customer service skills to communicate directly with patients regarding financial responsibility and ensure a positive experience
